Michigan’s House Bill- 6052 Incentives Evaluation

Michigan’s new Economic Development Incentive Evaluation Act will require the state Department of Technology, Management and Budget to hire a contractor to periodically evaluate business development and tax incentives. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is expecting to evaluate tax credits and incentives as a focus of her administration’s approach to economic development.
